ATSReady currently supports a 14-day free trial for eligible Free-plan accounts, started from the pricing page.

Trial facts

  • duration: 14 days
  • eligible trial tiers: Pro and Pro+ — see What each plan includes for what each one reaches
  • the account must currently be Free
  • the account must not have used a trial before
  • the subscription status must still be ACTIVE

Where to start one

Go to /pricing. When you are eligible, the Pro and Pro+ cards carry a Start 14-Day Free Trial button in place of their usual upgrade action. There is no trial control in settings — starting a trial is a plan choice, so it is made where plans are chosen. See Upgrade your plan and manage billing for the rest of what happens on that page.

The ATSReady pricing page with its plan cards, where an eligible account starts a trial.
A trial starts from the same cards a purchase does, and from the card of the tier you want. Which card you use is the choice — the trial gives you that tier's access rather than a separate trial tier of its own.

If the button is not there, one of the eligibility conditions above is not met. The most common reason is a trial already used on this account.

What the trial changes

A supported trial unlocks the chosen trial tier's access for the trial period.

What does not change

The trial gives you access, not ownership, and the product tracks those separately. Your stored plan is still Free for the whole trial, and that shows:

  • the Account page names the tier you are trialing and marks it with a Trial badge, so the plan and the entitlement rows read correctly
  • but the buttons follow the stored plan, so you are offered Upgrade rather than Manage Subscription, and there is no Cancel Subscription to click
  • the payment section may still invite you to add a card

None of that means the trial is not working. Check the entitlement rows rather than the buttons if you want to confirm your access. Manage your account details explains that page block by block.

Where you see trial status

If you are trialing, the account menu can show a countdown row with the remaining days and a link that takes you to pricing. The subscription block on the Account page shows the same countdown with a Manage Trial action beside it.

The trial banner that goes with it is dismissible, and the dismissal is stored in your browser rather than on your account — see What this browser remembers.
