Understand ATSReady background activity, task statuses, and how to respond when a queued job stops moving.

Activity is where ATSReady reports background work that is already running or has already finished.

The activity list, with one row per background job and a status word on each.
Every background job the account has run, each row carrying its own state. Selecting a row is what opens the detail beside it.

Use Activity to answer three questions quickly:

  • what started
  • what state it is in now
  • whether you should wait, continue elsewhere, or restart from the original workflow

Activity is a record, not a control surface. It reports on work started somewhere else, and restarting a job means returning to the workflow that started it — usually a resume import, identity regeneration, content translation, or a job saved from the Chrome extension.
