The outline only draws the categories you have entries in. The rest are folded away under Add more… at the foot of the outline, which is where you add the first entry to a category you have not used yet.

Why this matters

These categories are the source structure behind downstream identity and resume workflows: What Professional Identity is summarizes them, and What a resume includes is the set of sections they can be pushed into.
